We are continuing our board meetings on Zoom with a focus of the health and safety of our members. Our general/election meeting will take place on Zoom on Thursday, June 3rd at 7:00 p.m. We ask for your patience and understanding. We will be discussing and voting on a couple of items. * We plan to have an update from our CD5 Field Deputy, Angel Izard. We will be reporting on what we have done in the last several months. We also plan to have our Senior Lead Officer Chris Baker give an update on crime data.

* We have a minor modification to our bylaws (by slightly updating our map to include 12 houses on Manning Ave).  We will be voting to approve the new map which can be found here. (map)

* Finally, we have elections for 7 of our board members. Their bios can be found here. (bios). One board member will not be returning. We will take nominations from the floor. One resident, Renee Dernburg was nominated from the floor and is added to the online ballot.

We always encourage community attendance at our meetings and are always striving for a higher level of participation from the Cheviot Hills community. Here are the rules for conducting the virtual meeting. Please be courteous by muting yourself when not speaking. We will have a parliamentarian present to oversee the process. We ask that you look at the documents ahead of time. We ask that only homeowners current on their 2021 dues participate in the voting process.  The voting poll will be emailed to current members on Friday morning, June 4th. The poll will be open until Sunday evening, June 6th at 6:00 p.m. Name/address will be collected in the poll only as a cross-reference and will not be shared.
