Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is elected annually at a general meeting of the membership. All members of the Board are residents of Cheviot Hills and serve without compensation. The Board meets once a month on the first Thursday of the month from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Meetings are generally held at The Griffin Club. Check under Announcements on the Home Page for the location of the next meeting.
Board meetings are open to all current members of the CHHOA. There is a General Meeting at least once a year that is open to all residents living within the CHHOA boundaries.
The association, through its elected Board of Directors, approaches any and all issues that affect our community. These range from encroaching development, crime and safety, and traffic, to supporting beautification projects and neighborhood gatherings. We also support our local our schools, police and fire fighters. The Association, through its Board, maintains close contacts with elected federal, state, county and city officials whose decisions affect our way of life in Cheviot Hills.
Membership on our various committees is not restricted to Board members. If you are interested in helping us maintain Cheviot Hills’ unique qualities, please join us at a board meeting.
