Jamila has been a resident of Cheviot Hills since 2017. She lives with her husband, Ash, who has been a resident of Cheviot Hills since 2009. Together, they have 2 young children (a daughter and a son). Jamila loves the proximity of Cheviot Hills to the park and recreation center, the ease of remaining local for shopping and dining, the architectural details of the homes, and the friendliness of the community. Jamila’s interest in serving on the Board since 2018 came about after attending CHHOA’s annual meeting to address her concerns regarding the safety of the community after experiencing a home burglary.
