Originally developed in the 1920s, Cheviot Hills is a neighborhood comprised of over 1,400 single-family homes on the Westside of the City of Los Angeles, California.
Cheviot Hills is located near Century City, Westwood, Beverly Hills, and Culver City. It has easy access to recreation, shopping, cultural venues, and major employment centers. With its gently rolling hills, it was named after the Cheviot Hills range lying between England and Scotland.
The Home Owners' Association
The Cheviot Hills Home Owners’ Association (CHHOA) is an incorporated non-profit association. Our mission is to promote and maintain a quality of life in Cheviot Hills that benefits all who live here, and to foster a spirit of goodwill among our neighbors.
CHHOA exchanges information with its members and acts as needed to monitor and represent the neighborhood on matters that impact the welfare of our community. The Association is funded by voluntary annual dues.
HOA membership is open to all homeowners of Cheviot Hills. Residents are welcome at our monthly Board of Directors meetings where they can contribute their ideas and voice their concerns. Security & Safety
The Cheviot Hills HOA provides an Alexander Protective Services (APS) patrol car that circulates our neighborhood.
For assistance call the APS Dispatch Center at 310-606-2727. Association members can receive additional Security and Safety benefits provided by APS.
