Emergency Contributions for 24/7 Security Patrol
Help Us Protect Cheviot Hills
In recent months, we’ve seen a troubling rise in crime in our neighborhood, with Cheviot Hills burglaries increasing by 104% in 2024. This has been a growing concern for many of us. However, we have the chance to take proactive steps to protect our community and restore our sense of security.
Here’s the good news: neighboring communities have seen significant improvement with 24/7 security patrol cars. Beverlywood saw a 54% drop in burglaries last year by implementing round-the-clock patrols and ALPR cameras. Inspired by this success, we developed a plan to bring a stronger security presence to Cheviot Hills with round-the-clock security patrol cars.
Why is this so important?
- Security: A visible, constant security presence will act as a strong deterrent to crime.
- Property Value: Crime directly impacts property values. A safe, secure neighborhood protects our investment and the future of Cheviot Hills.
- Peace of Mind: We all deserve to feel safe in our homes, and these patrols will provide exactly that.
With everyone’s support, we can ensure that Cheviot Hills continues to be the warm, secure community we all love. We are asking every household to contribute toward this initiative.
After extensive and diligent research, we have determined that this is indeed the best, safest, and most efficient way forward for our community. We all have to be in this together if we are going to make an impact against the ongoing crime we’ve seen in this beautiful neighborhood.

Thank you for your commitment to a stronger, safer Cheviot Hills!
